About Andrew
Founder, Investor & Startup Advisor
Andrew is a Cornell University graduate with over 20 years of experience in startup strategy, sales leadership, and business development. He has a proven track record of helping companies scale—from early-stage fundraising to successful exits.
Drawing on two decades of experience in revenue generation through direct sales and advising businesses, he now specializes in working with new businesses as well as conducting sales for established corporations.
Andrew lives in Katonah, New York with his wife and two children. When he’s not working with companies to drive growth, you’ll find him in the gym pursuing his passion for weightlifting.
He also continues his family’s legacy with the Rubin Institute for Music Criticism, created by his late uncle, publishing icon Stephen Rubin.

Pro Sales Solutions was founded by Andrew in 2002 as Professional Sales Solutions (PSS), a performance-based telesales and business development firm. Operating on a results-oriented model where clients paid only a percentage of sales generated, the firm’s main office was located in Scarsdale, NY. PSS helped companies grow revenue while capturing valuable customer insights.
